Issue 32 of the Development Programme Newsletter is now available. In this edition, we welcome Active Retirement Associations back after the summer recess and find out what they got up to over the break, with updates from our regional development teams and photos sent in by our members.

Also in this edition, you’ll find information about the work Active Retirement Ireland is doing to advocate for older people’s rights, needs and interests at a national level, as well as our response to Budget 2025 and the government’s provision for older people. Regular contributor Aidan Barry talks about focusing on longer ‘healthspans’ and not just longer lifespans, and Caroline Stavert tells us about what she did on her holiday. We hope you enjoy!
