Active Retirement Ireland is recruiting a part time Development Programme Co-ordinator.
The Development Programme Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role within the organisation where they will be responsible for recruiting new members to the regional development teams and providing support to existing regional volunteers alike. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team where the successful candidate will be working directly with voluntary members and making a huge and varied contribution to the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you should have a 3rd level qualification in a relevant field and at least 5 years’ previous experience working in a developmental role in the not-for-profit sector with members and volunteers.
You will be an exceptional communicator who thrives on working with individuals in order to reach targets and effect change. As this role will largely be based from home, you will have demonstrable administrative experience and proven organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload. If you are a highly effective relationship builder with a strong track record working with members and volunteers, who possesses excellent organisation skills, this could be the role for you!
The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
